If You Cannot Access the App
Email service@linqubox.com and request deletion of your SmartLocker Courier account and related data.
Please include:
- Your registered phone number.
- Your country or region code.
- Your name, if available in your courier profile.
- A clear statement that you want to delete your SmartLocker Courier account and related data.
We may request additional verification only when needed to confirm that the requester is the account owner or an authorized representative.
Data We Delete or Anonymize
After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required, including:
- Courier account profile information.
- Login credentials and authentication data.
- Registered phone number and account identifiers.
- App settings associated with the deleted account.
- Personal data in courier task records where deletion or anonymization is technically and legally permitted.
Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, audit logs, billing records, delivery operation records, or other legitimate business obligations.
Retained records are kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, or for the period required by applicable law, contract, tax, accounting, security, or operational requirements. Where possible, retained records are restricted, de-identified, or anonymized.
Processing Time
We review deletion requests after receiving the required verification information. Most verified requests are processed within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, dispute handling, or operational record-keeping requirements.
